Beautiful suite, great location near pedestrian area, market, riverside walk, and castle ruins. Helpful and friendly staff. Lovely dining rooms with delicious food. Glorious scenery nearby.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the hotel was centrally located, making it easy to access various cafes and restaurants. the gardens were also well-maintained, providing a serene environment for relaxation. the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.

The state of the room left a lot to be desired. the windows were old and had mold growing around them, and the shower was dirty with hair strewn about.

This hotel was situated in a great spot being only a short distance from the city center and nearby shops. I enjoyed the beautifully decorated room, with lovely views out the windows. the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The parking situation was less than ideal and could be tricky to navigate, especially for larger vehicles.

We also enjoyed the hotel's central location with easy access to cafes and bars. The breakfast was good, and we appreciated the comfortable stay during our visit.

That the hotel also hosted weddings and events which could be very loud and disruptive. This made it hard to get a good night's sleep at times.

Additionally, the hotel location made it easy to find parking and access transportation, including a nearby park and local supermarket.
